The mpls downtown council held a coffee and conversation member event on June 6 at Industrious Minneapolis in the North Loop. The event included breakfast and questions and answers with Heather Worthington, Director of Long Range Planning for the City of Mpls. Heather discussed Minneapolis 2040, a draft comprehensive plan that shapes how the city will grow and change. The draft covers topics such as housing, job access, the design of new buildings, and how we use our streets.
