free outdoor Alchemy classes will wrap up Go Outside with Hennepin County fitness this year

Go Outside with Hennepin County kicked off three free outdoor Alchemy fitness classes on Monday, which will run each of the last three Mondays of September at Target Field Station.

The fitness classes are the final Go Outside activities at Target Field Station this summer. It is part of a free programming series outside Target Field’s Gate 6 (335 N. 5th Street) running May through September. The free outdoor programming included outdoor movie classics, trivia nights with prizes, family-friendly events and more.

Alchemy classes this month run September 11, 18 and 25. They begin at 5:30 pm and are one hour long. You can bring your own mat and enjoy the outdoor fitness classes underneath the downtown skyline.

The three classes include the following descriptions:

September 11: APulse: Who blends yoga with high-intensity intervals? We do. Break all the rules in this class.

September 18: A10: This is Alchemy’s bread and butter. The A10 class combines three proven fitness disciplines: yoga, strength and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way. Walk in antsy, walk out feeling more alive.

September 25: A20: This is Alchemy’s bread and butter. The A20 class combines three proven fitness disciplines: yoga, strength and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way. Walk in antsy, walk out feeling more alive.
