Holidazzle is a wonderful place for people to gather during the holiday season. This winter, organizations can host upcoming events in the Holidazzle hospitality tent area.
Join us in Loring Park for our annual holiday celebration. The mpls downtown council will produce and manage the hospitality tent area throughout the Holidazzle season, which will operate Thursdays through Sundays from November 24 through December 23. Hours include 5 pm-9 pm on Thursdays, 5 pm-10 pm on Fridays, 11 am-10 pm on Saturdays and 11 am-7 pm on Sundays.
The hospitality tent will provide a comfortable space for up to 200 guests to enjoy. The tent will feature a private, heated area that can be used for meetings, holiday parties, team bonding events and more. It’s a great opportunity for organizations to get together and enjoy the Holidazzle festivities together.
The tent will also feature two 6-foot banquet tables, a 22-inch-by-28-inch welcome sign, proper permits with the City of Minneapolis and Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board, as well as Holidazzle food and beverage catering options. The hospitality tent will be available 90 minutes in advance of your party for approved set-up.
Holidazzle has plenty to offer guests outside of the tent, too. The family-friendly event will have fireworks, outdoor movies, food and beverages, a kids zone and free ice skating are just some of the entertainment options available at Loring Park this winter.
