Mintahoe Catering & Events announced their merger with Envision Catering late last week.
Mintahoe (a company owned by the McMerty Family) has provided catering ranging from parties for 25,000 guests to box lunches for groups of ten. Mintahoe has exclusive catering agreements with eight venues, providing catering every year for hundreds of corporate and social events along with more than 400 weddings.
Envision (a company that was owned by the Given Family) brings its excellent reputation for quality into the combined company along with one of the largest independent catering venues – formerly the Envision Event Center – in the region, a venue that can seat 1,000 guests for dinner. They are also proud to announce that the Event Center is in the midst of a major renovation, rebranding this Oakdale facility as Inwood Oaks, a beautiful, functional and desirable site for every type of event. Chandeliers are in, painting has begun, carpet will be replaced in July, a state-of-the-art audio system is in place with more dramatic improvements continuing.
